Andrew was very informative and attentive. This experience overall was not like usual since I was informed me getting a ride home and back will no longer be available. Andrew was nice enough to get me a ride home but I needed to find a ride back to pick up my car. Second issue I had was a flashing rear only light on my car could not be inspected and was told to come back during the week for that to be able to get checked. This only started after I serviced my differentials there for my last oil change More

I was told they're gonna wash the car and they didn't wash it and I told them the car is not washed so he takes it brings it back and it's still not washed and no it's washed. They wanted to charge me $800+ to diagnose a no start problem. I told them I noticed the headlight was out so I checked it. After that it would not start. I checked fuses and such and they said because I problem. I told them I noticed the headlight was out so I checked it. After that it would not start. I checked fuses and such and they said because I was checking fuses they would need to be sure every fuse was in the location it needed to be in. Absurd!! I pulled the car from service and took it to a Jeep specialist. It was a defective xenon ballast that was sensing a ground sense to the computer. Yep. A headlight bulb was the problem. They swapped the headlight $45 and sent me on my way. Your dealership is a joke. More

When I got my jeep back the rubber part on the start button was ripped off. We asked for the manager but of course he wasn’t there. No one has called to update us on what’s going to happen. Also they sent my vehicle back with no gas. So on top of damaging my car, they send it back with no gas. More
