I’m not 100% positive what ‘service’ I am rating- I have had outstanding service BUT communication is so poor. They tell you they will call to “take care of you” but never fail, I always need to to call/fol had outstanding service BUT communication is so poor. They tell you they will call to “take care of you” but never fail, I always need to to call/follow up because of one reason or another. I find this incredibly frustrating! Again, they are great at what they do but horrible with communication! I’m still waiting for a ‘repair’ for my vehicle that I purchased in May. I always avoid these surveys because I want to be honest & hate giving a review that isn’t glowing! More

Bought a 2022 Honda CRV hybrid. Only dealership that I contacted, that didn’t charge over sticker price. Had to wait 3 months for my car, but well worth it. Andrew was very nice and knowledgeable about Honda features. There were a few surprises at the time I picked up my vehicle, one being a price increase on a new vehicle that I was not made aware of pri features.
