Both times the sales associates have been very courteous and friendly, prices have been fair and honest from what I can tell. It is very nice to come to a dealership that seems to really care about creating long lasting relationships rather then just be pushy and try to seal the deal. There's always someone there to greet you at the door. But, this is a friendly "you matter" kind of greeting vs the pushy salesy greetings you get elsewhere.
