I'm from NY & was looking for a Honda dealership in the area due to the fact that my son attends college in the area. I researched dealers in the area & this one had the best rating so I decided to giv the area due to the fact that my son attends college in the area. I researched dealers in the area & this one had the best rating so I decided to give them a shot. My first experience was thru the internet for a price & was quoted a very fair price. I originally was dealing with Jim Hanahan who was a very nice young man, but then was assigned Andrew Becker who was a very nice young man also. The other staff I dealt with was Stephanie & Mari from the finance dept. who did a great job Fed Exing the paperwork that needed to be filled out, both young ladies were very polite & helpful with all my questions. When I got to the dealer I met Andrew Becker briefly & he introduced me to Tom Propersi who took over from that point. I was very impressed with Tom from the beginning, he was very thorough ( to say the least ), knowledgable of the product & patient. He made the process an easy experience. Upon delivery of the car he explained all the features of the vehicle & answered all questions we had for him in great detail & made sure my son ( whom the car was for, his first )understood everything. He even made sure the bluetooth was paired & all the info uploaded to the car. Tom also took the time to show us the service dept. explain to my son what to do when he needs service. In closing all I want to say is that if you need a Honda go see Tom Propersi & you won't regret it. More

This was by far the most pleasant experience purchasing a pre-owned vehicle I have ever had! Valley Honda is a top notch dealership with an obvious commitment to excellent customer care.
