Great experience! We initially asked for Randall on the recommendation of an employee we saw in the parking lot. Randall was fantastic but admitted he was already tied We initially asked for Randall on the recommendation of an employee we saw in the parking lot. Randall was fantastic but admitted he was already tied up with 2 other customers so offered to hand us off to Andrew -- who turned out to be a total pleasure to work with. We had no intention of actually buying on this visit - we were planning to just get as much info as possible to help in our decision making process. I think Andrew was just as surprised as we were when we left that evening with our brand new Pilot. This is a true testament to Andrew's ability to answer all our questions and leave us feeling completely at ease -- not an easy thing to accomplish with us!! This is our first Honda but based on our experience thus far, I definitely don't expect it to be our last!! More

Very detailed person - no bs , gets whole family involved Andrew knows how to treat a customer. No sales bs- will go through what dealership asks him to go through, but no high end pressure tactics. It was more like having a family conversation rather than cut throat in your face sales like other salespeople. Need to respect and listen to one another , which Andrew has the highest respect for a customers well being. It's a long process, and Andrew made us very comfortable. Been a long time customer at Valley Honda due to the people in the front lines. Congrats to the Service team, Sales, Finance, Car Prep, Parts Dept that we were in contact with. I do shop around to other dealers, but give Valley Honda the last shot. This is only my option, but after many years they have earned it with the dedicated employees they have. Fantastic salesman Finally a salesman that did not screw around. He even came and sat with us for a little bit and didn't talk shop while waiting for closing of the loan. Did not feel abandoned at all. Great salesman overall and I hope, the next Honda I buy, he is still there to deal with in the future. Definitely gets my recommendation to anyone who is looking at buying a Honda. Julie Olsen was a big help getting our ball rolling and introducing us to Andrew, I'm happy she did. Nick Capezio was also a big help in dealing with my crazy try at negotiating. The discount off the list price of the car was reasonable. Worked with Andrew and his Sales Manager Tommy Mimbs on the value for trading in a Nissan Altima. Tom worked with the Used Car Manager to arrive at a good trade-in price. The valuation again was fair and resulted in the decision to purchase the vehicle. Totally professional experience. No games. He communicated with me during the entire transaction about what I could get and where financially that would put me monthly. The best part is he remembers his customers. "Black on black?"
