Let me set the stage for you. The initial inquiry was emailed to Valley Honda in February of 2016. It’s now December. As you would guess, I take my time with committing to a car much less a dealership and a salesperson. Andrew made it easy with each step whether it was providing me with the best quote, updating me on dealership sales, or politely coaxing me to take that leap of car-buying faith. The price quote Andrew gave me beat every other dealership I contacted by thousands of dollars. Once the vehicle was obtained, and the paperwork presented to me, all the promised offers were fulfilled, and I was one happy customer. There was an issue with pricing on some accessories, but once I noticed the discrepancy, and informed Andrew, I was cut a check immediately for the difference in pricing. The encounter with the service department to have the accessories installed at a later date was excellent. Everything was done properly and efficiently while I waited in their very accommodating and quite large waiting room. More

Our FIrst Purchase From Valley This is our 7th new Honda we have purchased but it is our first from Andrew and Valley Honda. We drove over 2 hours from Peoria to buy a new Ridgel This is our 7th new Honda we have purchased but it is our first from Andrew and Valley Honda. We drove over 2 hours from Peoria to buy a new Ridgeline. Why? 1st - Valley had the vehicle I wanted. 2nd - Andrew gave me a fair price over the phone without any haggling. No drama was needed to get a fair deal at Valley. 3rd - I received the trade price I asked for. 4th - The finance group spent extra time finding me the best rate for my loan. In closing my wife and I both enjoyed the purchase experience at Valley Honda and working with Andrew on finding the vehicle I wanted.
