Excellent Service and Suprior Product I'm a repeat customer of Valley Honda and there is a very good reason why. First time was back in 2007. I didn't feel any pressure when I walked in only polite friendly greetings. When I finally saw what I was interested I was imediately helped. In the end we purchased a used 2004 Accord coupe for a great price. So now 2014 I was in the market for a new car. I live and work in Chicago but I drove out of my way to Valley Honda with high hopes I would fine what I wanted at a good price. When I arrived I was greeted by Andrew Becker. Andrew was very knowledgable of the new makes and models and it didn't take long for him to figure out what I was looking for in a new car. In the end I picked out a 2014 Accord EXL in the exact color and trim level I wanted. The price was perfect and I never felt pressured to purchase any extras. After the money transaction Andrew guided me through basic navigation and phone operation and the other nice feature so when I drove off the lot I felt comfortable with my new car. Andrew contacted me days later to make sure I was happy with the new car and if I had any questions. I entered Valley Honda with little expectations having just come from another dealer who was not offering much and didn't seem to listen. I talked with Andrew Becker who showed me the different Civic Mod just come from another dealer who was not offering much and didn't seem to listen. I talked with Andrew Becker who showed me the different Civic Models. He listened to my needs, talked about options and took me for a test drive. Next we talked price, I was looking for their best deal and a few incentives later I was very happy with the price quoted. I needed to go home and come back with my wife and Andrew needed to attend to another customer's request so he set me up with Brandon Brabec. Brandon was professional and caring. He went through the rest of the process with great attentiveness and new the product well. He took me through the business end and finally through the car pick-up area and answered all of my questions. While Andrew and Brandon are young salesmen, I hope they keep their customer first approach and know that Valley Honda is a better place because of their hard work. This is our first Honda, but plan on going back hoping to receive the same type of service and attention that Andrew and Brandon gave us. Thanks More

This was a good experience. My husband went first, only because I received an e-mail from Andrew Becker. Now I received a ton of e-mails from Car dealers, but his caught my eye because it was so personable because I received an e-mail from Andrew Becker. Now I received a ton of e-mails from Car dealers, but his caught my eye because it was so personable, NOT Pushy! He was not going to be in, so he referred Joe. When my husband brought me there, I really liked the car, but was not exactly sold. Joe gave us time to ourselves to talk, ask questions and did not hover over us. I worked with Andrew to buy a new car 2 weeks ago, and I really enjoyed the process. Andrew had great knowledge of the cars I was interested in, and helped guide me toward the best choice. I'm from NY & was looking for a Honda dealership in the area due to the fact that my son attends college in the area. I researched dealers in the area & this one had the best rating so I decided to giv the area due to the fact that my son attends college in the area. I researched dealers in the area & this one had the best rating so I decided to give them a shot. My first experience was thru the internet for a price & was quoted a very fair price. I originally was dealing with Jim Hanahan who was a very nice young man, but then was assigned Andrew Becker who was a very nice young man also. The other staff I dealt with was Stephanie & Mari from the finance dept. who did a great job Fed Exing the paperwork that needed to be filled out, both young ladies were very polite & helpful with all my questions. When I got to the dealer I met Andrew Becker briefly & he introduced me to Tom Propersi who took over from that point. I was very impressed with Tom from the beginning, he was very thorough ( to say the least ), knowledgable of the product & patient. He made the process an easy experience. Upon delivery of the car he explained all the features of the vehicle & answered all questions we had for him in great detail & made sure my son ( whom the car was for, his first )understood everything. He even made sure the bluetooth was paired & all the info uploaded to the car. Tom also took the time to show us the service dept. explain to my son what to do when he needs service. In closing all I want to say is that if you need a Honda go see Tom Propersi & you won't regret it. More

It was a memorable experience, where Andrew explained the various options and took the pain to showcase the various models, highlighting very clearly the difference between each of them. He did not intimidate us but helped us to make the decision having laid out clearly all the choices. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and fun to work with. Taking time to show us all the facilities and explain after sale services do go beyond the call of duty as sales person.
