Thanks for a pain free, professional, buying experience After having a poor experience at another Honda dealer in the southwest suburbs, visiting Valley Honda was quite refreshing. I had been working with After having a poor experience at another Honda dealer in the southwest suburbs, visiting Valley Honda was quite refreshing. I had been working with my closest dealer but as I was ready to buy the sales manager at the last minute wanted $1000 more. So I declined and the next day I contacted a number of Honda dealers via their internet quote systems including Valley Honda. Allan Marcial promptly sent a price quote and left a phone message for me. I reviewed the all the dealer quotes I received and decided to stop in to Valley since they were the next closest dealer. There I met Allan who was tied up with another customer. He got Andrew Becker, whom I had spoken to briefly on the phone checking stock, to help me. Andrew had the CRV I was interested in brought up and we went for a test ride. I was somewhat familiar with the car since I had a 2002 CRV. It was helpful having Andrew there to describe how the controls worked. Things have changed a bit in 12 years. After the test ride we sat down and talked about price. I had a number of quotations and I showed him the best I had. We were able to work out a deal that was very close to my best quote from a far away dealer. Andrew had the car prepped and we toured the dealership. Although I had been having my previous car serviced at Valley, I was surprised to see how large the service area was. When the new CRV was ready, Andrew sat in the car with me explaining and demonstrating the functions of all the controls. He bluetooth paired my phone and ipad to the audio system in the car. He gave me a quick demo of the operation of the navigation system. Overall dealing with Valley Honda and in particular Andrew and Allan was a pleasant experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Valley or the two sales people I worked with. I bought a 2014 CRV AWD EX-L with navi on July 26.
