Russ Darrow Mazda of Madison repaired the rear brakes and rotors for me for about $60;less than the repair estimate they provided. I think the cost of the repairs were not out of line given the cost of the p rotors for me for about $60;less than the repair estimate they provided. I think the cost of the repairs were not out of line given the cost of the parts used in the repair. Service rep was polite and honest. The waiting area was comfortable and the treats provided were very good. I will certainly return for service in the future. More

After the usual oil change and system check, Andrew advised me about some possible front strut issues. I decided to have some pre-emptive strut issues work done. I scheduled the appointment for the work, and Andrew ordered the needed parts. The morning I brought my car in for the work, the car was taken into the shop on time. I mentioned to the other service desk attendant, Josh, that I had decided not to a take a loaner vehicle, and I mentioned bringing in plenty of work to do, while I waited for my car. Josh suggested a more quiet area in the waiting area to do my work. I really appreciated his suggestion. I got my work done and received my car back from the service department in less time than I had planned. Thank you. Andrew and Josh. More
