Andrew has been excellent! Communication has been perfect, far better than any other service guy I have dealt with (as I buy a lot of vehicles). Good Customer service is truly difficult to get these days, but he has been phenomenal! I'm really glad I ran into him just before closing one night as I had code pop up on my jeep and thought I would take a chance and swing by service for someone to read it, he was almost about to leave but never acted like I was a pain even though he was probably about out the door, so I really appreciate that as I know that's annoying! I'd also like to mention Claudio as he was doing some warranty work on my Jeep the next day that Andrew had set up. He is another super guy with a fantastic attitude. I just happen to be out there when grabbed my jeep, he drove it over to me showed me a couple things I didn't know about it on the dash and was extremely friendly and helpful! I'd like for him to do any warranty or future work on my Jeep if possible! Thanks to Andrew and Claudio I will continue to come back to this dealership from here on out! Thank you!
