I had a wonderful experience with Grant at first! However that has since taken a turn. I got 500 dollars off my car because my husband is a college student. Grant failed to ask for the needed information even after my husband asked if he needed it. He contacted me days later asking for it and I sent his information after that we went back and forth for literally days with him telling me what I wad sending was not acceptable! I finally sent him something he “accepted” and then asked him where we were at with my spare key that was lost and that I didn’t receive with my brand new vehicle that was purchased almost two weeks ago and he said they were still looking, today I reached out again to ask and simply asked when my key would be in and he replied very unprofessional saying he had no idea and if I thought he was not being diligent enough he could connect me with someone who wont care as much resulting in it taking longer. I then asked for his managers information. He said he would reach out 2 days ago now and that is still yet to happen More

Our purchase was pretty painless. Nora was great through the whole adventure. She took time out of her day to answer all my questions and stayed in the vehicle to help me setup on the Nora was great through the whole adventure. First, we were using an out of state bank from my husbands home town that was giving us a great deal. I told (multiple times) two people what they needed to put on the paperwork for our bank. The information was still left off and delayed pick up of my vehicles by a week. Second, was the Karr Security system I was sold. I felt a little swindle after the fact because one person described the system differently and another person told us after paperwork was signed how it really works and I am not sure it was worth $500. Third, I don't know if Andrew was cranky because it was late and the dealership was closing but he was not very friendly and very blunt. Not excited we were giving the dealership business. More
