We leased a 2020 Ford fusion for two years when the lease was up and we decided to purchase the Ford fusion. We had nothing but problems from the dealership with trying to get a loan through our own ban was up and we decided to purchase the Ford fusion. We had nothing but problems from the dealership with trying to get a loan through our own bank. They said we couldn’t do that we had to go through them. we ended up having to take money out of our retirement account and pay cash for the Ford fusion. it’s been a month yet and we still haven’t received the title so we can get a loan so I can put the money back in our retirement account. and Andrew, our salesman was rude and told us we didn’t know what the xxxx we were talking about. I have to say for owning my first Ford car ever. I’ve always been a GM man I did like the Ford fusion, but I may never buy another one after my experience at suburban Ford. I think the real problem is is the Ford fusion it’s still worth around $22,000 and buyout was only 15,000. I am a very dissatisfied. Customer will never again buy from Suburban in Ford. More

2 days after purchasing my car started making grinding noise on front brakes . Took my salesman a week to call or return and of my calls or emails. I was told they were going to charge me almost $200 to j noise on front brakes . Took my salesman a week to call or return and of my calls or emails. I was told they were going to charge me almost $200 to just look at the car I just drove off their parking lot!!!! Charged me to resurface my rotors. Car is still making the noise. I have taken it to two other mechanics for a 2nd opinion. Both stated I need new wheelbairings. I have already been in contact with my lawyer and the BBB. More
