Service appointments dont mean much. Loaner car was not adequate. I dont feel we recieved quality service from the techs. Pro-active information from the service writer was non-existant. Very poor customer service. Service area does not answer their phone and did not call me at all on the day I dropped off my vehicle for new brakes I had to wait over a week to Service area does not answer their phone and did not call me at all on the day I dropped off my vehicle for new brakes I had to wait over a week to get an appointment then it took 2 days for new brakes and rotors. Nothing was done the first day, why bother making an appointment if car is just going to sit there and no one communicates with you, if only they would have called since the phones don’t get answered. Spoke to mgr when picking up car, he apologized but offered no renumeration More

Changed tires back in November. Wrecked 10 wheel nut caps. Had to buy 6...even though they should have paid for them. Their not good at telling you what's going on! I'm reporting them to the better business bureau also for incompetence! More

After five attempts to get through to the service department to pick up my car, my husband was able to finally talk to someone to get it paid for after hours pick up. When I picked up my car the pane department to pick up my car, my husband was able to finally talk to someone to get it paid for after hours pick up. When I picked up my car the panel from the drivers side was laying on the floor on the passengers side and my car hadn’t received a courtesy wash. I felt that the service had been rushed, and not by me! Hopefully it was done correctly. More
