They took care of us that day we came in, they were showing us our options and what would be best, they made sure we didn’t feel like outsiders, they were pretty hilarious too, which is always a plus one for me. The oil changing service was amazing! I forgot his name but he was very polite and funny when he interacted with us. He was very informative with what future service I’ll eventually need and what to look for, which was very helpful because I’m still learning all of this as time passes lol. Dealer sold me a truck that was missing 4 lug nuts. The truck didn't get serviced when traded in. The truck shakes when going over 65mph. Has a bad noise that sounds like a dirt bike. I made several attempts to call the salesman and left voice mail but no return calls. I bought the truck on the 9th and these issues are getting worse. I shouldn't have to pay to get any of this fixed because the vehicle didn't get properly serviced before sold. Manager did answer my call and he told me to bring my truck into the service department. Brought it in on Saturday but they said that I need to bring it during the week cause they only had lub techs there on Saturdays. Taking off work on a Saturday like that cost me about $500 to $700 for missing work. Hopefully it gets fixed when I bring it in on the rescheduled date. More
