This place restored my faith in humanity. I've never seen a car dealership that has better customer service and more importantly ethical selling practices than PEHonda. If you are thinking about buying from a car dealership that has better customer service and more importantly ethical selling practices than PEHonda. If you are thinking about buying from them, I can unequivocally say, "Trust them!". I only wish more businesses were like PE Honda. The short version of this review is you cannot go wrong with PEHonda even if you have to drive over an hour to get there it's worth it! Here is the story of how I know they are the best in the business: I have been in the market for a CR-V Hybrid since I found out I would be commuting approximately 400 miles a week for my job. I knew it was the worst time to buy a car with all the shortages. I just didn't know how bad it was out there. All of the five honda dealerships I've been to before I came to PEHonda (including the one I bought 4 cars from in the past), tried to take advantage of these shortages by price gouging. Many others I called wouldn't even deal with me on the phone. They wouldn't confirm whether they had the car I wanted or how much over MSRP they were going to try to sell the car. Then, by struck of luck, I called Patty Novak. I've never met a person in the car selling business as honest, straight forward, transparent and COMPETENT as Patty. She gave me the MSRP price, sent me a list of their fees broken into the smallest fractions. No surprises and no mysterious fees. She handled everything while I was still at work! I sent in the necessary documents and agreed to go at eight pm to sign and get the car. This lady is knows what she is doing and she just does it well! If more Patty Novak's ran the world, it would be a better place. Even though she had put in a full day's of work, she still called at night, on her own time, to make sure I had everything I needed. I drove 66 miles to get there and it was worth it. The car was pulled out and ready. I was met with the greatest sales person ever. Santos you are a gem! He was kind and so knowledgeable. While we waited for the finance manager to finish Santos showed me all the bells and whistles of the new car. I've never had a sales person be so through and make sure I understood all the cool features of a car before. Santos takes pride in his job and it shows! All of the staff took time to greet us. They were kind to my family. Not fake. Genuinely good people. I don't know the name of the finance manager, but he was alone at work that day because his counterpart had a family emergency. He stayed late and did the job of three people by himself. I was actually flabbergasted when I got the papers from him to sign. As I said, I am no stranger to Honda finance. I've bought and paid off 4 Hondas. Never had a finance manager worked out the total interest by year I would pay, showing that as a separate line to make sure I understood where my payments went. No mysterious fees, or additional items I don't need. Just honest to goodness good customer service. PE Honda, thank you for your ethical selling practices. The culture of transparency you create. You should be held as an example of good business practices. More

David was considerate and transparent throughout the car buying process. He gave me prices and price breakdowns exactly as I asked at a good price. He was very reliable and responsive to contact over the ph buying process. He gave me prices and price breakdowns exactly as I asked at a good price. The only fault was his forgetting to initially mention a technicality for the grad discount, but he made the correction before it was too late. Overall, he was a pleasure to work with and came across as very caring. More

I don't recommend this dealership to anyone. They cheat you. They didn't keep the promises they made to me in our deal. I leased a new car after leasing. They told me they were going to cover the excess mileage They didn't keep the promises they made to me in our deal. I leased a new car after leasing. They told me they were going to cover the excess mileage costs of my old car and they said that they will take care of it but they lied to me and now refuse to keep their end of the deal. I should have read it more carefully. That is my fault. I just hate that they lied about it.Please read your documents before you sign especially here; I will never recommend this place. They disrespectfully hung up the phone without even listening to me. More so than the issue of money, what matters to me is they complete dishonesty, indecency, and willful ignorance of the promise they have made me. More

Realized this after finding the window sticker sheet hidden in the pocket behind the front seat. Lost all faith and trust in Dealer and Purchase. Asked to speak to Sales Manager, they denied any wrong doing. Refused to allow us to speak with owner of dealer. Sister purchased 3 New Honda cars within 5 years. Only reason why we came to Phillipsburg-Easton Honda. NOT purchasing from them again. Don't get fooled by "discounts." My husband dropped off the vehicle and keys 3-8-19. More
