I stopped in to get a battery replacement and my engine dialed in. So he calls me back in about an hour and a half and says here you go. I asked him what was wrong problem with the way it was running and h dialed in. So he calls me back in about an hour and a half and says here you go. I asked him what was wrong problem with the way it was running and he said oh we couldn’t look at that maybe she’ll make an appointment in a couple more weeks I can look at it. I needed it looked at then that’s why I said something to them when I talked about the battery so it cost me $300 for a battery that I could’ve had done at Pep Boys or AutoZone for 150 with no charge to install it we’re crane charge me $75 to install it $50 for a East fee $15 for another fee $15 for another fee and the xxxx car still doesn’t run I am fed up More

I bought a vehicle and 3 months later hit a large rock. It didn’t do any body damage but the under side of the vehicle took substantial damage. Before the incident I never had any issues( leaks etc) but af It didn’t do any body damage but the under side of the vehicle took substantial damage. Before the incident I never had any issues( leaks etc) but afterwards it was leaking badly. Crain try to tell my insurance company the leaks had nothing to do with the incident ( I’m assuming so insurance wouldn’t total it and they didn’t get to make thousands of dollars.) they admitted to insurance that it was leaking from 4 different seals in the motor but still said it wasn’t caused by the accident. Luckily there was substantial “cosmetic damage” found by my adjuster that it was totaled anyways. Other wise insurance would’ve paid some and I would be responsible for the 4 leaks costing $3500 to repair. Very shady. Would not recommend. More
