VW Crain Service let me down this past visit as they did not rotate the tires as I had asked. Last time the outcome was unacceptable as they took 3 weeks to fix an A/C issue that was under warranty. When we picked up the car it had transmission issues that made it dangerous to operate the vehicle on the highway as they did not put everything back together properly and had failed to do a test drive. Unacceptable bad service the last two visits. I doubt we’ll ever come back. I’ll drive an hour to Fort Smith for service if another issue comes up. I’ve lost trust in Mack and this service team for good now. More
