Another Stellar Job Machens does an excellent job to keep their customers happy with personable staff, great customer amenities, and a willingness to communicate the det Machens does an excellent job to keep their customers happy with personable staff, great customer amenities, and a willingness to communicate the details of work performed. The only issue I had this go around was with the complimentary car cleaning. There were still some bug guts and water spots. I didn't bring it up because my car was quite dirty when I brought it in.
