Denton Mazda contacted me out of the blue on a Tuesday evening to let me know that a CX-5 with the trim I wanted had just arrived on the lot. Unlike other dealerships, when I asked they were EXTREMELY up evening to let me know that a CX-5 with the trim I wanted had just arrived on the lot. Unlike other dealerships, when I asked they were EXTREMELY up front on what the out the door price would be. There were also NO added fees or packages, the list price was straight MSRP. I made an appointment for the next morning, and after a test drive and some minor negotiation about my trade-in, I drove off in a gorgeous new car. Salesman Chris Garner and Finance Manager Andrew Myers were very transparent about everything, didn't try any hard-sell tactics, didn't push when I told them no about extras, etc. It was a GREAT experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle in this crazy market. The only thing that I didn't like was that they don't accept outside financing, but the rate they were able to offer was close enough to my pre-approval rate that it wasn't a big issue. More
