Went out of his way to make sure we understood the deal and the car with each feature. He even helped us pair the phone, so we could drive home with the full experience. Go somewhere else. Terrible customer service. I wish now that I had not purchased my car there. I should have gone to a different Mazda dealership. The car is what sold me, not their customer service. My husband and I went on a Saturday, and were there most of the day, but due to family plans we needed to leave and were not able to finish with the paperwork. We scheduled an appointment for 9 am Monday. We were there at 9 am but the finance manager was late. He didn't actually show up until almost 10 am. After finally signing all the paperwork, around noon, I was getting my personal things out of my car to put in my new car. I was unable to get my beaded cross from the rear-view mirror. Our sales person Andrew said he would get the service guy to take it off and would give it to me when I came back for him to show me how to use all the functions of the car. Additionally, I don't think they washed my car because it still had writing on the outside windshield and there was a smudge on the interior door handle. I went back the next day, Tuesday. Andrew had already left for the day and had taken my cross home with him. I went back again, Wednesday to get my cross and be shown the features. Andrew said he left my cross at home and would have to mail it to me. He said he had a few minutes to show me the features of my car. We had barely been in my car when the Sales Manager, Ryan called Andrew on his cell phone to hurry Andrew up so that he, Ryan, could go home. After the quick rush through of the features of my car, Andrew said he would get the service guy to remove the smudge from the interior door handle. I asked him to put gas in my car while he was at it since I had already been up there multiple times. He said, "I'll see what I can do." Once my car was brought back around I was handed my keys. I get in and of course, no gas. I was not asking for a full tank. It would have been about a quarter of a tank or so and would have been a nice gesture for my trouble. It has been two weeks now and I still have not received my cross in the mail. My husband just bought a new Ford Mustang. The Grapevine Ford dealership went above and beyond with their customer service for my husband. His sales guy Chris Aylesworth told my husband that his first three fill-ups were on him. Additionally, he was invited to their new owner appreciation dinner, and given free oil changes and tire rotations. While waiting for financing, Chris told us whatever we wanted from their cafe was on him. He went out of his way to make our experience there a great one. My husband is still raving about how great Chris treated him. I have a friend who's daughter owns the same car I have and had much better experience with customer service at Hiley Mazda. I wish now I had gone there. Please go to a dealership where you are treated as important and highly valued. You will not get that kind of treatment at Classic Mazda. More

Seamless experience with no BS The day I purchased my CX5 I test drove 3 other vehicles at 3 other dealerships to figure out exactly what I wanted. I knew what features i wanted an The day I purchased my CX5 I test drove 3 other vehicles at 3 other dealerships to figure out exactly what I wanted. I knew what features i wanted and that I wanted a small SUV but I didn’t know the exact make/model. I ruled out 2 of the 4 pretty quick and it was down to a Nissan and the Mazda. The Nissan dealership tried to low ball me on my trade in and was coming at me with ridiculous numbers that were outside of what I told them I could do. Mind you, I didn’t NEED a new car, but I wanted one. Andrew at Classic pd Mazda listed to what I was willing to spend and such and took care of the rest. It was seamless and required little to no “back and forth” with finance. I am now a proud Mazda owner! Thank you Andrew and Classic Mazda of Denton! More

First Time Mazda owner My wife and I started our car search at Honda next door but quickly realized that the service and professionalism at Classic Mazda was top class. Even My wife and I started our car search at Honda next door but quickly realized that the service and professionalism at Classic Mazda was top class. Even though I talk to multiple folks at classic Mazda I always have a feeling they were up-to-date on where we were in our purchasing decision. After visiting multiple dealerships I really came to appreciate this coordinated effort to make the experience the best my wife and I could have. More

Good people, good product! My wife and I had been test driving various small SUV's to find one we liked. We drove the Toyota RAV4 and the Honda CRV. We liked the Honda best but My wife and I had been test driving various small SUV's to find one we liked. We drove the Toyota RAV4 and the Honda CRV. We liked the Honda best but the seats were hard and my wife was very uncomfortable after only a few minutes. That was a deal breaker. We were looking for a vehicle which was comfortable, easy to drive and quiet. Our next stop was the Mazda dealership in Denton. I had contacted them through Car Pro where you get a VIP certificate and the promise of the best deal available. I was contacted by Andrew Myers, a new car sales specialist, and we set up the test drive. We were greeted at the dealership by Andrew and Rick Wick, the general manager. We knew we wanted to test drive the CX-5 mid-range Touring model and picked the color we liked (deep crystal blue mica). We were impressed immediately by the quietness of the ride, both road and wind noise seemed much less than the other vehicles we had driven. The CX-5 doesn't have the cargo area of the others but for the 2 of us it is just fine. All the personnel at the dealership were friendly and knowledgeable. Andrew was exceptional in his care for us and went over every detail of the sale and the vehicle.. With all the new electronics we were happy he went through each item in the car setting up phones, radio stations, adaptive cruise control, etc. We did get the 72 month/100,000 mile extended warrantee since we will be driving more than the 36,000 mile/3 year standard warrantee. I think we got a good deal going through Car Pro too. I would highly recommend this dealership. More

excellent product and customer service I had a CX-9 that was 10 years old and had a great experience owning it; and having it serviced at this dealership since moving here 5 yrs ago. They I had a CX-9 that was 10 years old and had a great experience owning it; and having it serviced at this dealership since moving here 5 yrs ago. They have always been polite and courteous and honest with me. We were considering several new models of cars to replace my 10 year old car, and I thought I'd want to try something new- was looking at the Volvo xc90 T6R, and the Lexus GX460, and Audi Q7; but kept coming back to cx-9 because of not only the quality and styling(and 3rd row seating) but the cost of maintenance. My other cx-9 was so reliable and rarely needed anything other than regular oil changes and maintenance. One of the sales guys had me take a test drive of the new cx-9 and it convinced me to stay with a great brand. We bought the CX-9 signature AWD and I love it. Andrew Myers handled all of the paperwork and was wonderful to work with, efficient, competent, honest, personable and not pushy. Did not love the finance guy-not as professional as could have been. He acted ticked when we didn't opt for some warrantees. More

Jeremy in finance was very friendly and had my best interest in mind, smoothest transaction I have ever made in a car purchase! I felt at home as soon as I walked in the door. Chris, Jeremy and Andrew are exceptional employees in this Mazda family and they made me feel like I was part of it. Best part of the whole experience is I not only purchased an awesome automobile, I feel that I gained three new friends in the process, and you can't buy that!
