Enjoyable experience! I purchased a Mazda CX-5 yesterday and it was a most enjoyable experience thanks to Andrew Meyers and Ryan Rector. Andrew was kind, courteous, pers I purchased a Mazda CX-5 yesterday and it was a most enjoyable experience thanks to Andrew Meyers and Ryan Rector. Andrew was kind, courteous, personable and, of course, professional in his interactions with me. I felt he listened to me and answered all my questions. He made my buying experience very pleasant. I never felt pressured. I highly recommend Andrew and would gladly work with him again. Ryan also treated me with courtesy and respect and made a very fair deal for the new car and my trade-in. None of the aggravating dickering and high pressure tactics that most dealerships practice. My husband and I have now purchased or leased 5 vehicles from Classic Mazda and have had all of them serviced at Classic. The whole organization is top notch. Customer Service is NOT just a phrase with them. They DELIVER it consistently and with a smile! Love this dealership! More

Andrew Myers, internet sales manager, contacted me right away just second I had an simple and time saving first time Mazda buying experience recently. Andrew Myers, internet sales manager, contacted me right away just seconds after filling out an online purchase search. The price and model were given through email after our short conversation. I showed up for a test drive the follwing day, it was just to check it out. Patrick Roberts, an young associate, accompanied me to have my first Mazda test drive. Patrick is very knowledgable about the vehicle and a loyal fan of Mazda( I think the Mazda coroporate office should send a scout to check him out and recruite him.) I had some learning curves to overcome about the new technology, yet the test drive was a comfortable and confident one. After the test drive, I discussed with Andrews about purchase price and option one more time. In less than 15 miniutes, a deal was set. I left the dealership to take care of familiy chores. As agreed, in an hour, the dealer service shuttle came pick me up to return to complete the paper work and pick up the car. Two hours later, I am the new Mazda owner. More

Fantastic Paul, Andrew, and Ryan went above and beyond. I had some family drama while purchasing my new vehicle (a CX5), and they were EXTREMELY understanding a Paul, Andrew, and Ryan went above and beyond. I had some family drama while purchasing my new vehicle (a CX5), and they were EXTREMELY understanding and patient with me. All three of them, but Ryan and Andrew especially, are highly family oriented. This is a good family friendly dealership, which I love. Moreover, they are very nice and knowledgeable about their vehicles, particularly the features and how they work (and comparison vehicles in the class). Paul took the time to compare each vehicle with me and help me decide which one I wanted. I am so grateful to their excellent service and would highly recommend them. More

rainy day saturday Came to dealership to buy a replacement part for current mazda. Walked through dealership just to look at new cars and updates they have. Andrew came by to "talk". Ended up buying car that day and returning replacement part. Low keyed, no pressure, let the car and features speak for themselves. Absolutely no buyers remorse. More
