Excellent Service! WOW, I do not know how to start off. Let me just say I never have good experiences with vehicles. Jeremy and Andrew have truly made my experience OUTS WOW, I do not know how to start off. Let me just say I never have good experiences with vehicles. Jeremy and Andrew have truly made my experience OUTSTANDING! I have a whole new Outlook on car buying. From the beginning I walked in with a chip on my shoulder and didn't want to give them a chance due to leaving another dealership with a negative experience. From the moment me and my boyfriend walked in they were very welcoming. After speaking to Jeremy on the phone he put us in the hands of Andrew who then showed us vehicles that we have requested. I ended up wanting the car off the show room floor and they made it happen. I had serious demands and I meant serious demands! Shockingly they went OVER what I have asked for. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to EVERYONE! Your CRAZY if you do not give them a chance. I just want to say Thank you for all that you have done! You have truly made my car buying experience extremely easy and fast. I am beyond more than pleased with this dealership and have no problem with putting my name on the line for this company. Not the best 'TrueCar' discount available, but accepted smaller discount because I like the dealership and it's closer to home than others. Seem fair and honest in pricing and one thing I like best is they don't pack on extra-dealer-profit crap like under coating, questionable paint and upholstery 'treatments,' 'window polish,' etc. Pretty much stick to factory options. My trade in was hurt by a Car Facts problem, as rated but no room to explain below. First was a 2014 Mazda 6 GT (nice sales discount), always serviced here, great service, frequent discount coupons. No complaints, fixed right the first time, keep up with recall notices / fixes. They also offer free shuttle service to drop you off and pick you up if needed. Free car wash unless you opt out. Thought I lost a credit card there on a recent visit and Jim F. was going to review security camera footage for me !! to see I accidentally threw it in trash! Talk about service! Found it though and called him back.. More

BEST car-buying experience ever! Let's be honest; buying a car can be a PAIN. This is what I expected, but the entire experience was fantastic. Salesperson ANDREW MYERS and finance employee DON dispensed with the usual "game playing" and truly made the experience a good one. I was at the dealership for four hours total, but that time include a lengthy (45 minute) test drive of the vehicle, and at least 30 minutes of Andrew showing me the amazing features of my new CX-5. More
