Great sales and great service I was needing to get the state inspection done on my CX-9 but before I did that I decided to talk to Andrew Myers about purchasing a new CX-9. He fou I was needing to get the state inspection done on my CX-9 but before I did that I decided to talk to Andrew Myers about purchasing a new CX-9. He found the one that I liked and was able to get it financed. The are a friendly no pressure sales department that back their sales up with a great service department. This is the 9th Mazda that I have purchased from Classic Mazda. Love their sales, love their service!!! More

2018 CX5 purchase Andrew took the time to find out exactly what we wanted in our new car. He showed us a couple of cars and explained the difference so we would know wh Andrew took the time to find out exactly what we wanted in our new car. He showed us a couple of cars and explained the difference so we would know which best suited our needs. He went over options and then found the perfect car for us. After the purchase he explained all of the features and made sure we understood how everything worked. He gave us his card and personal cell number and said we could call or text him if we had a question. Don went over finance options and made us a great deal. The sales manager ,Ryan, introduced himself and told us that he was available to handle any issues we might have. It was overall a great experience. This was the second car we purchased from Classic Mazda and will most likely never go anywhere else. More

Class & Integrity even though they did not sell to me! Ryan & his Sales Employee Andrew showed class & integrity during my nationwide search for my Mazda CX-5, when the "Sacramento, Ca. & Dennis Dillion's" Ryan & his Sales Employee Andrew showed class & integrity during my nationwide search for my Mazda CX-5, when the "Sacramento, Ca. & Dennis Dillion's" dealerships wanted to push "financing" on a cash customer so they could profit from the bank kickbacks. Ryan & his employee Andrew understood how hard it to get to a "cash" purchase position and treated me with the respect a hard working "cash" customer deserved. I would recommend Classic Mazda, Ryan & Andrew to anyone looking to be treated like a Human & not a figure. These are 2 Class Individuals! More

Respect and Courtesy Beyond Measure My daughter had made the appointment with Ryan, Sales Manager, and he greeted her/us at the door of the dealership. From the moment we all met, every My daughter had made the appointment with Ryan, Sales Manager, and he greeted her/us at the door of the dealership. From the moment we all met, everyone at this dealership that she worked with treated her with respect and courtesy. Ryan did a wonderful job of explaining the car features and took us on a through and fun test drive to make sure she knew what she was buying. We came back to the dealership and started to talk financing or "numbers" with Ryan and Don in Finance. We left that night without a decision and returned the next evening and started the process over again with Don with Andrew joining us. A new test drive was in order in a different model with Andrew and this too was professional and fun. The end result was that Don and Andrew showed her all the numbers for 2 different models and gave her solid advice on each one and what it would cost. End result is that she has a new car and they have a family as customers for life. Job very well done. More
