First Class service and First Class people What I love about Westside Lexus is the after sale service. Instead of dreading going to get my car serviced I actually look forward to it. First I make an appointment with Andrew Nagler and he is always ready, knows my car and tells me when the appointment is available. Then when I come in I get to enjoy great coffee, donuts, newspapers, tv, and free internet. I watch the service monitor as my car goes in and then tells me it's done. Every time my car has required overnight service I was provided a free loaner car. This is my chance to test drive a new vehicle and it makes you want one. I will never go to another dealer as long as I am within 20 miles! Stephen Loy More

Extremely God I was extremely satisfied. A couple of points of happiness. 1) Within only one day of my calling about fixing the recall, it was scheduled and then co I was extremely satisfied. A couple of points of happiness. 1) Within only one day of my calling about fixing the recall, it was scheduled and then completed the next day in the four hours estimated. 2) They also fixed, free of charge, a blown fuse that powers the 12V supply on the console for cell phones and tablets, (I can now use my cell phone again even with a low battery) 3) They gave me a free loaner car. and 4) My car was washed. Good job Westside Service and thanks! More

All I had to do was leave the car out front and leave the keys for them. They came and got the car, did their work, and returned it before I ever even got off a conference call.
