Waiting for dashboard replacement for more than 3 years I have been waiting for Westside Lexus to replace my 2008 Lexus RX 350 dashboard since 2015 and every time they said to just wait. I'm a Realtor and l I have been waiting for Westside Lexus to replace my 2008 Lexus RX 350 dashboard since 2015 and every time they said to just wait. I'm a Realtor and lots of my clients drive with me and it is so embarrassing for me when my client notice all the dashboard cracks and melting parts ...... Shame on you Lexus and Shame on you Westside Lexus. More

Easy and friendly I am woman and don't know much about the cars. I do keep of all of my service record. In a emergency situation like flat tire I could not keep trackin I am woman and don't know much about the cars. I do keep of all of my service record. The services representative did that for me and was very honest about it and not try to hide and make more money out of it. It said a lot about the integrity of the dealership. Good quality of services overall. I have been other Lexus dealership service center before and once you know you have been cheated for spending more money that 's not necessary and you don't want to go back that service center ever.
