Frown upside down. I took my 2008 Lexus LS600hL in for a service and check engine light. Yup, worst case scenario. I decided to try to cut my losses. Westside gave me a fair price on my trade in despite the issues. I then started to work with the sales team to try to find a vehicle. At this point I was very discouraged and not looking forward to having to buy a car. I started working with Mike Gonzales and he alone made the day worthwhile. Mike spent all day with my wife and I trying to find the best vehicle for us. He was extremely accommodating and we ended up getting into a brand new lease vehicle. Mike was a star and I hope to be a repeat customer of Mike’s and Westside Lexus. Kevin in finance also did a wonderful job and he helped me make decisions I rely on my wife for, so thanks Kevin. Tough shoes to fill! Thank you! I love the new ride! More

Fantastic Experience! I can't express enough how pleased I am with Westside Lexus service department.
