Lying xxx Service advisor Went in and asked for an alignment on top of getting other work done ( recall, and 20K service). I went to pick up my car and paid for everything. I n Went in and asked for an alignment on top of getting other work done ( recall, and 20K service). I went to pick up my car and paid for everything. I noticed there was no alignment report like I usually get. I asked for one and got a series of excuses and lame attempt of sending a screenshot via mobile phone. Adviser said printer was down, tech was using machine, tech didn’t save the report. Basically lied and offered a refund to be sent in the mail. Still have not received anything. More
