I pulled my Non-Chevy truck in to Spitzer Chevrolet of Northfield OH and the service department got right on it with heaters and defrosted my reservoir and lines. The technician that worked on the vehicle was very thorough and the car was returned to me clean. All the work that could be done was done in the same day. They provided me a ride home while the car was being worked on. I have a very high level of confidence in this service department. More

I work in a hospital and can be called into work any day at any time, so being without transportation is an issue. When the noise came back after only 2 weeks, I returned to the dealer. They took the time to thoroughly research the problem, determine the source of the problem, and repair it, this time at no charge to me. This process took about 3 days during which I was given a rental car free of charge. Al Dadas the service writer and Joe Postlethwait the service manager were especially helpful. More
