Have dealt with Spitzer Chevy before and they have a good reputation with me. Andrew Neri did an excellent job in letting me know what work needed to be done and what could be done later. The technician that worked on the vehicle was very thorough and the car was returned to me clean. All the work that could be done was done in the same day. They provided me a ride home while the car was being worked on. I have a very high level of confidence in this service department. More

They took the time to thoroughly research the problem, determine the source of the problem, and repair it, this time at no charge to me. This process took about 3 days during which I was given a rental car free of charge. Al Dadas the service writer and Joe Postlethwait the service manager were especially helpful. More
