Troy was very knowledgeable about our vehicle. He provided continuous updates about the vehicle delivery date. He educated us about all the vehicle features during the test drive and final vehicle inspection. And he took only ten minutes to link our Lexus app to our vehicle, set up Apple Car Play, Lexus Drive Connect and Sirius FM Radio. Everything has worked fine since we took possession of the vehicle. Troy did everything necessary to enable us to finalize our purchase decision and ensure that we were satisfied with the vehicle. There was never any pressure to buy the car. It was a great pleasure to work with Troy. He has a very pleasant, positive, and good-natured personality which made the entire car purchase process very enjoyable. Troy is extremely competent, effective, and trustworthy.
