Great experience during a stressful time I wasn't planning to buy a car, but a major auto accident made it necessary. Suffering from a concussion and whiplash, the last thing I wanted was to I wasn't planning to buy a car, but a major auto accident made it necessary. Suffering from a concussion and whiplash, the last thing I wanted was to deal with a pushy salesman. I shopped a lot of dealerships and every one of them wanted to pressure me to buy their car because it was the 'best in the market'. At Groove, the experience was completely different. Andrew Smith was a pleasure to work with. He had the car ready for us to take on a drive, he was extremely knowledgeable about the car I was interested in, and best of all, I felt no pressure at all - even while I took two days to decide! Arranging for us to take the car on an hour long test drive sealed the deal. Andrew went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for the car including a cargo cover, manual, an extra key, and has offered to help with whatever I need. Thank you! I love my car! More

Friendly, real people I absolutely loathe car shopping. There's not much I want to spend 20-grand on, and I have quite a ridiculous (maybe?) fear of someone "pulling one ov I absolutely loathe car shopping. There's not much I want to spend 20-grand on, and I have quite a ridiculous (maybe?) fear of someone "pulling one over" on me. I went through an online chat with a rep on the Groove website, reluctant to commit even to a phone call, but the car I found in my search seemed like a pretty decent deal I didn't want to miss. So the chat-person got me in touch with Andrew, who called either that evening or the next, and the rest is sweet history. Andrew was friendly and cheerful, not at all pushy, and unless he's just an incredible actor, he got me a great deal. He gets huge points for just being a normal guy, good at his job, which happens to be selling cars. I never felt like he was trying to up-sell me, push me into a purchase, or schmooze me into a car I didn't want or need. He encouraged me to test drive a couple cars, instead of just the one I was eye-balling, so I'd be sure I was spending my money how I wanted to spend it. So grateful I found this car when I did, and ever-so-appreciative of folks like Andrew (and Jeff) who made the process as painless and seamless as possible. And may I not forget to mention how IN LOVE I am with my Subaru (Crosstrek)! Thanks Andrew and Groove, I'll be back someday (but probably not for many, many years). More

Subaru for life! I had to go to the dealership to get into a lower leased vehicle due to my son being born a little earlier than normal and medical payment being a pai I had to go to the dealership to get into a lower leased vehicle due to my son being born a little earlier than normal and medical payment being a pain. I was nervous as the old salesman I worked with years prior was no longer there and thought, oh great I want to go down in price monthly I wonder how this will go. But I called and spoke with Andrew S. Who told me to come on in and he would love to help me out. From beginning to end the process was so great! It wasn’t easy finding something that fit in that price range, but each day he checked in with me and him and the whole Subaru team worked with me and were truly all about helping me and my family out. How often can you say thats about a dealership? Even though I wasn’t sure I was going to go with them and kept looking around and comparing other car options Andrew was always following up and seeing what he had to match and how to help me and my family out. On the day we found our new vehicle the whole process was so easy and seamless for leasing a new car and every department was great to work with. I will be a groove Subaru for lifer now with all my vehicle because of this amazing service and our amazing sales rep Andrew who really took the time and really cared! Thank you Groove Subaru! More

As expected 👍 My son and I, wanted a Subaru Impreza 2018, called the dealership and Jeremy answered, we made an appointment, the receptionist very friendly, Jeremy My son and I, wanted a Subaru Impreza 2018, called the dealership and Jeremy answered, we made an appointment, the receptionist very friendly, Jeremy showed the car we were looking at, my son loved it, Andrew helped us too with the ride and explaining the extra accessories the hatchback had, made a deal, and left the dealership riding the car.
