Was referred to Andrew from a work partner of mine and I am grateful for it... Andrew and Jack Gallagher treated me with the utmost respect, honesty, class, and without any slight signs of greed and deceit am grateful for it... I felt very comfortable with the two of them the whole time and we were able to come to a good deal. Another good quality I appreciated was that they were able to help me out with some important questions I had AFTER the sale on a BUSY Saturday day and still returned my call at a quick reasonable time giving me peace of mind, sound advice showing that they really do care about their customers... In the past four weeks I have visited pretty much every jeep dealership in the greater Boston area. Although I was definitely shopping for a good deal, I was mostly looking for a dealership with people I c jeep dealership in the greater Boston area. Although I was definitely shopping for a good deal, I was mostly looking for a dealership with people I could TRUST. Andrew Turransky, the general manager, went above and beyond ensuring that trust. Kelly jeep was one of the furthest dealerships from my house, yet I chose to buy my new Wrangler Unlimited there for that one reason, trust. The sales and finance teams made the process of purchasing and picking up my jeep seamless. I am not on dealrater to give a "shout out" to that team though, I am here in hopes that people at the beginning of the car buying process will find this review helpful and maybe save you some time in your search. I got a very competitive price, financing ease, and met some great people. I HIGHLY recommend Kelly Jeep, and yes, I will be back. More

Janet the sales person was great. She was very thorough and professional. She sold a car to my daughter and we liked the way she handled the sale so my husband and I came back a month later and bought 2 v and professional. I went up to take a look at a 2011 Jeep Liberty that I saw on the Kelly Jeep Chrysler site. My plan was to just take it for a test drive, but my sales representative (Janet) was so helpful and friendly th saw on the Kelly Jeep Chrysler site. My plan was to just take it for a test drive, but my sales representative (Janet) was so helpful and friendly that it made it very easy to iron out a deal that both sides were content with in no time. Traded in my Honda and picked up the Jeep a few days later. Manager Andrew is also a great guy and has helped me on a Jeep purchase in the past -- very affable and speaks highly of Janet as well. Recommended! More

I went into Kelly's with no intention of buying a new Jeep that day. But they were so friendly, gave me a great offer & a great offer for my old 1999 Jeep...how could I go wrong. Christian was so wonderf Jeep that day. But they were so friendly, gave me a great offer & a great offer for my old 1999 Jeep...how could I go wrong. Christian was so wonderful,no pressure what so ever. I knew what I wanted & she respected that. Andrew the mananger, was also very very nice. Tom ,from finance, got me a good deal on payments that were good for me. Everyone from Kelly was great. i met Bill from service & glad that I will be having my Jeep serviced there. Everything is so easy. You can make your appointments online. Just drive your vehicle up & they'll take care of you. So nice to find a place where you don't feel like your being ripped off. I love love love my new 2011 Jeep Compass!!!! It's great on gas,looks good & my first oil change was on Kelly's :) ! Sweet! I would reccomend this dealership to anyone! More

What can I say about this place...Great experience! They make sure you are completely happy with everything before you leave. They give the best price and the most for your trade in. Work with Scott and the manager and you can't go wrong. The GM is out and about making sure everything is on point which you don't see in other dealerships. I have bought four vehicles at Kelly and highly recommend them. Although the sales team is great, and why we bought the first two vehicles there, it is the excellent relationship we have with the service st them. Although the sales team is great, and why we bought the first two vehicles there, it is the excellent relationship we have with the service staff that realy keeps us going back. The service staff goes out of their way to make things right, they are knowledgeable, professional, courteous and really take the time to understand my concerns when I come in for service. They explain the needed repairs in a manner I can understand, and provide accurate quotes, without any surprises. Matt has been extremely helpful in arranging transportation, drop-offs, etc. Ricky and all the service advisors are the greatest. This is a dealership that 'gets it'. They want you as a long term customer and they prove it starting on your visit. More
