don't buy the cars from them I just bought a luxury jeep grand wagoneer when I went to pickup there was a dent on the hood. I experience such joy when visiting Kelly Jeep Chrysler. Reese, in servicing, greets you and has the best attitude. Nothing is a problem, He will go above and beyond to accommodate you, regardless of w Reese, in servicing, greets you and has the best attitude. It does not take too much energy to say "good morning" or "hello", and all of the KellyTeam . have the same attitude. Too bad Mr. Kelly could not "bottle up" attitude and sell it; giving part of the profits to the Team...I live about 2 hours from the dealership and so look forward to my visits. (Not because I do not have an incredibly busy life mind you). Andrew is in charge of sales and last night I saw him in the throws of customers. I was being helped by the young lady at the front desk. He stopped and said "Jan, if you need any help, I will be right with you. Total Focus with the person in front of you, while mentally managing all others. Management comes from the top...I have had the privilege of meeting Mr. Kelly; he is Focus personified.
