I purchased a 2020 Kia optima a month ago from Jake Sweeney Kia in Burlington. The salesman that sold me the car was Phil Anneken , he was a smooth talking salesman who gave me everything I wanted with Sweeney Kia in Burlington. The salesman that sold me the car was Phil Anneken , he was a smooth talking salesman who gave me everything I wanted with the car or so I thought, only the payments were too high and interest rate was too high he told me that I could refinance in 6 months which I found out later was not true . Phil harassed me for weeks asking me for pay check stubs when I had already given him them March. Due to the covid I have been off work and went back a week after purchasing the car which I put 6,000 cash down on . On Monday June 15th I came out for my break at work to find my brand new car wasn't there, I called the Boone county police to report it stolen, they called the dealership because my car had my purse , my phone and other personal belongings. The police talked to Phil they asked if they had the car , he stumbled on his words and said let me check. After a little time he lied to the officer say they had repeat the car for non-payment. I was put on a weekly payment plan and the first payment had already come out. After feeling like my car was stolen I had to get a ride over to Kia. I asked for the sales manager and Andrew Usleaelman came out and had no idea what was going on and said he would get me a refund of the 6,000 I had put down and sent me to Tammy Moore . She gave me a sheet saying they were refunding 5,350 and they were taking out repo fees . I then asked if I had made my payment why was it repoed ? She got very loud and abrupt stating that it was not repoed. Would not give me a detailed list of what I was being charged for and I refuse to sign the document. Later on I called up there and they said Phil had kept the spare key because pay stubs were not produced. I will never buy a car from any Sweeney or a Kia again. This has really been an embarrassing and humiliating experience for me at work. I really hope people reading this realize there are people out there that will take care of you when buying a car. More

Ryan Is Awesome!!! Ryan is an awesome sales person. He is very knowledgeable about the Kia products. We haggled over thirty one cents and he hung in there with me. New 2017 Kia Sorento Purchase We had begun looking for a new car about a month ago. Then suddenly, my husband had to have back surgery. We visited the Florence dealership real briefly one day just to get him out of the house for the first time. We planned on doing just a "drive by" because he could not stay in the sitting position very long without being in pain. Once there, the people at KIA was willing to just have us park and they brought the Sorento to us to view. They were so kind and understanding! After that I actually worked with Drew Usleaman mostly by text and phone to complete the deal... He was willing to help in any way possible and even had all of the paperwork ready for us once we got there so that my husband did not have to be there any longer than necessary! We truly appreciate everything that he has done for us! THANK YOU DREW!! More
