This past summer New Motors contacted me twice about their Guaranteed Trade In Program. In June I talked to Andrew Vollant about getting into a 2017. The 2018's weren't out yet and pricing wasn't available, but it got me thinking about upgrading trim levels. When my inspection was due at the end of August I sat down again with Andrew after having seen the 2018 Outbacks in person and in reviews. After deciding to go with the Outback Limited, working out the trade and pricing with Andrew was a breeze. Since New Motors had the color, trim and package I wanted I was able to pick up my new vehicle just a few days later and it was once again a pleasure to work with Steve getting acquainted with new features and technology. He was patient, knowledgeable and thorough. Steve introduced me to Beth Moski who, as an Encore Delivery Specialist, has been incredibly helpful in researching and answering my questions about the new head unit. Allen Yingling was great to deal with when financing my new purchases both times. I enjoy the friendly and professional service when in for routine maintenance. Caring, easy, and comfortable I wanted to buy the new Forrester, but didn't want to have to deal with the sales process. I was given an appointment to come in, sign a few papers, and then leave with the car "within 20 minutes or less". Unfortunately, when I arrived, the paperwork was not completed due to a power of attorney mix-up and I had to start from the beginning. Shane was there when I walked in and immediately started to help make the situation easy, peaceful, and painless. He had Andrew, the sales manager talk with me and help expedite the process. Vlad helped me through the financing process in just a few minutes and I wasn't pressured for "Add-ons". Shane made this the best car-buying experience for me!
