It’s completely understandable that you’re disappointed, and you’re right to expect better from us. Your visit started as a recall fix and turned into multiple trips, poor communication about parts and timing, and no transportation solution offered after we caused the issue — that’s not the standard we set for our team. The lack of updates on your vehicle status and the delay in letting you know it was finished are especially concerning, and we’ll be addressing this with our service team so it doesn’t repeat. Our General Manager, Michael John, would like to get in touch because we’d really like the opportunity to speak with you directly, learn more about what happened, and see what we can do to make this right. When it’s convenient, please return his call or reach out to the store and ask for him so we can continue the conversation one-on-one.
