Its clean and everything has its place. They had snacks, drinks, & coffee available. There is even a play area if you have littles and a TV. Purchased the vehicle which was fine but follow-up was not good. I was due the installation of a bed cover. It took two weeks to get the part and then after driving 1 hour and sitting in the waiting roo not good. I was due the installation of a bed cover. It took two weeks to get the part and then after driving 1 hour and sitting in the waiting room for almost 2 hours, I did have an appointment, I was told they ordered the wrong part. That is 4 hours of my life I will not get back. Also dashboard had a very small nick which I noticed shortly after delivery which has not been addressed and at this point, I do not anticipate I will hear anything. I will however be getting a refund for the part. More

Kept changing cash done payment. Started at 500 ended up being 1200. Had car 2 months and exhaust bolt broke. Original est 366 dollars. Final cost 438 dollars. 165 dollar diagnostic Started at 500 ended up being 1200. Had car 2 months and exhaust bolt broke. Original est 366 dollars. Final cost 438 dollars. 165 dollar diagnostic fee added without knowledge. I objected and received at 44.99 dollar military discount. Was told that's how they do it there. Received email from General Manager wanting to review my paperwork. I responded and told him how I would like it resolved. Refund the 165 dollar diagnostic fee. Haven't heard back . More
