My brothers and I visited at least 10 Toyota dealerships, including several in New Jersey, while searching for the right Toyota Highlander. After visiting so many dealerships, I can honestly say that Toyota Smithtown stood out to us—not only because of their impressive selection of Highlanders, but especially because of the exceptional customer service. Toyota Smithtown seemed to have one of the largest selections of Highlanders we came across. However, having a great inventory is one thing; having people who genuinely care about helping customers is another. Mr. Andrii made the difference. He was professional, straightforward, and respectful throughout the financial process, which made the final part of the purchase much easier. I have now been driving the Highlander for almost two weeks, and I am very happy with the vehicle. The car is running smoothly, comfortably, and beautifully, and I feel confident that I made the right decision.
