I have bought many cars in my life, and this is actually the WORST dealership I have ever bought a car from. They provide a price with fees in writing, and then hit you with hundreds and hundreds of dollar the WORST dealership I have ever bought a car from. They provide a price with fees in writing, and then hit you with hundreds and hundreds of dollars in added fees and charges when you meet with the Finance Manager. Other dealerships at least try to explain the added fees, these guys don't even bother. Do not meet with John Ferranola, he has no idea what he is doing. Do yourself a favor, go to any other Toyota dealership. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE SWINDLERS. It's this type of dealership that gives car sales a really bad reputation. More

They work with you and are very caring and understanding.. my sales rep for my latest transaction of my was Jeff. Jeff was wonderful and worked with me, helped me through my journey of getting a new car a breeze and stressful. Toyota cars are wonderful cars, but having people that are not, the standard sales rep is even better.
