My wife and I just bought a new car from Andy Chavez (Sales Professional) and Tony (Sales Manager) at Toyota of Lancaster. We were nervous as first-time buyers, but the buying process was smooth and Ton (Sales Professional) and Tony (Sales Manager) at Toyota of Lancaster. We were nervous as first-time buyers, but the buying process was smooth and Tony and Andy were easy to work with. From first stepping foot onto the dealer's lot, Andy was knowledgeable, attentive, and customer-service oriented. Even though we weren't ready to buy that day on the lot, Andy showed us around and encouraged us to test-drive every car we were interested in with no pressure to commit that day. We decided to come in to negotiate a price the following day. Because of the low-pressure environment and the sales member's receptivity when discussing market prices, we felt confident in our decisions and left satisfied with the deal we received. They gave us time to think things over and we never felt like we were being taken advantage of. Maricella in the F & I office was wonderful, as well as the in-dealer chef who gave us a delicious free meal while we waited for our credit to be checked. Toyota of Lancaster is an honest dealership and I will look to purchase from them again in the future! More
