We had rented a Honda Civic and Toyota Corolla recently, and although we thought they were the perfect size for us - and pleasing with gas mileage - we didn't like the horsepower of the vehicles. A friend told us to try the ford focus and dodge dart. When we got to Imperial Chrysler we were not pressured while looking around the lot (This felt new, since other places we had been instantly hounded us - yikes). We simply saw a dart that we were interested in and asked one of the salesman walking the lot. (This was Andy Clair - ask for him when shopping there - he's the best). We didn't know that he was about to head home until later that night, but he never pressured us while taking us test driving in a couple of darts on the lot. He knew the car, and he was very professional, plus he never gave us a false price or let us know that we could be wasting his time. We even told him that we still wanted to test drive a focus, and while he ran some numbers and appraised our car, he brought us over to Imperial Ford. In the end we liked the dart, and they appraised very generously for our car (not in the best shape), and gave us all the possible incentives and rebates that fit us. Then when we sat down with the financial person (Karyn Ingram) she kept trying to find us the best rate on a car loan, and we got one, and then we finally decided to say yes to the car! Overall, it was a great experience, and at no time did we feel that we couldn't walk away, but we loved the car, and it all just fit. More

Make this your last stop before purchasing Great facility for vehicle shopping. I went to this dealer after shopping around. Imperial gave me the best deal on my trade in and price for my new jeep over anyone else. I cannot comment on Customer service or Quality of Work since I have not experienced that yet. I spoke with Andy a few months back explaining I was looking but not ready to buy now. Andy took all the time to answer all of my questions even though he knew I was not buying. When I was ready I came back and worked with Sean who also spent a lot of time with me making sure I got exactly what I wanted. After we found my Jeep both Andy and Sean took care of everything as a team. I would recommend Imperial to anyone looking for a new vehicle based on facility, vehicle selection, and sales team. Stop at the diner while shopping or conducting a transaction. Great food and place to take a break without leaving the lot. More

A Miracle!!! When I walked into the dealership I was met by Andy who was very attentive to my needs. You see, my wife and I filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy in January When I walked into the dealership I was met by Andy who was very attentive to my needs. You see, my wife and I filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy in January and it was discharged on March 9th. A few days ago, I got into a car accident and my Dodge Journey was totaled. With a credit score of about 540 and being self employed, I didn't think I had a prayer of getting a replacement car. Boy, was I wrong. I was not only able to replace my 2013 Dodge Journey with 50k miles on it with a loan that was 11%, but Mike the business manager manged to get me a loan on a 2014 Dodge Journey with only 14k miles on it for 6.7% which made my payments drop about $100 per month. WOW, like I said a miracle!! Besides all that, I used to deal with Central Dodge in Norwood since it was a lot closer to my house in Dover, but after doing research online, checking out all the dealerships in eastern Mass, no other dealership came close to the inventory and prices that Imperial had. It was definitely worth the trip!! More

I have had other friends say great things about Imperial and I always have been impressed on how Mr. Meehan is one with his community and what he has given back to the town of Mendon and the surrounding communities too. Andy Clair was the sales rep i had the pleasure of doing business with. He was quite knowledgeable and listened to what i was looking for and what could be worked in my price range. Know i am a owner of a 2014 Dodge Journey and i never expected that but its definitely the vehicle i was looking for and i can't wait when my lil lady joins us and can enjoy the smooth and comfortable rides and new adventures :) More

My wife went down to the dealership alone and was very nervous about the whole idea of purchasing a vehicle. Can't say I blame her for feeling that way. She met with sales rep Andrew Clair (Andy). She said Andy made her very comfortable, and listened to what we were looking for and did not try to change it. He actually wanted to sell us what we wanted to buy, not what he wanted us to buy. There was a punch list of things to be repaired (used car), all was taken care of as discussed. The Finance Manager Karyn Ingram was also a pleasure to work with. She presented me with multiple payment options and warranties. She took her time to explain all options (did not feel rushed). Great experience!!!! Thank you. We wanted another Town and Country van and after listening to our wish list, Andy showed us to one of the preowned vans. We then took a look at the other options but came back and test drove the one that Andy pointed out first. After our test drive we sat down and made the purchased. Mark Walsh, Jr, made the paperwork a breeze. The service department found and fixed a small problem when I returned to get the inspection sticker. Very personable and willing to make the seemingly impossible happen..this is my third purchase with the Mehan Clan. My second with the imperial family. There will be many more to come . I buy a new vehicle every few years. I love my new hemi ,awd, charger. Thx More
