I bought a used vehicle and as far as used car deals I think I got a good deal, but the dealership is not very flexible in negotiating price and really trys to undercut you on trade value based on what KB think I got a good deal, but the dealership is not very flexible in negotiating price and really trys to undercut you on trade value based on what KBB reports would tell you. They also try to force this Pulse system on you that they put on all cars that increases your deal $750. Overall my sales rep was great and none pressing just wish they would work deals easier without having to press. They worked earnestly to make a deal happen just took a little more work and time than I would have liked. I will go back just with adjusted expectations. More
