Chris, Thank you for your business and your feedback. When purchasing the 2013 Tahoe LTZ you signed an AS-IS agreement stating you knew the vehicle being sold to you was completely AS-IS. As I'm sure you can understand, when buying a 9 year old vehicle with over 100,000 miles it's not going to be perfect. We make sure all of our used vehicles are safe and reliable but it would be impossible to recondition this age of vehicle back to new. If we were to fix every single issue before selling it the cost of the vehicle would go up drastically. I see you purchased a service contract from your bank, are they not willing to cover the cost of the repairs? If you would like, I can send you another copy of all the documents signed and I can offer any parts you need at my cost and a 30% discount on labor. Hopefully this helps, thanks again for the feedback.

The issues was address before hand. My saleman gave me his word that the brakes would be handled if i had issues later down the line. Gave me his card in writing on the back it will be taken care of. It was confirmed that the front brakes need to be replace by certified tech along with things was found and costly. The Sales Manager stated in a email to me that your dealership is required to sale safe vehicles to customers. And i understand you cant fix everything on a used vehicle because it will more expensive on the buying end. But the thing is if the vehicle doesnt fill safe to your customer and i address my issues up front and i am paying you the price you ask for this vehicle over 21000.00. Why cant i get a multi point vehicle inspection report to know what im getting for the money im spending. Why cant i get the issues fixed that were found 2days after purchase on something you lack to give me in the first place and would have resolved this whole matter. All you are telling me is what you cant do rather then fix the issues. Feels kind of like a rip off to me.

Thats was at first what I needed to be done along with the previous multi point vehicle inspection report from your dealership. But after having the multi point inspection done at another dealership myself, Im asking for the cost of the estimate that was giving to you in a previous email to be taking care of at the dealership of my choice. Being that the safety issue with the exhaust manifold bolts being broken, suspension system needing service and front brake rotors need to be replace. Im asking this because it was stated by your Sales Manager to me that its your dealership priority to sell your customers safe and reliable vehicles. I am looking to have these issues resolved. Or i can just return this truck to your dealership and you can just refunded the money i paid for it in full.
