I'd rather everything was just fair and above board. Thankfully, Don Ayres seems to share my view, and I know that Andy Hitzemann exemplifies the way that I would hope a negotiation would go. Andy saved the day for me when I leased my first Honda several years back, coming straight to Don Ayres after a horrible experience at another local dealership where the salesman wouldn't stop telling me about the specs on the engine, and what kind of lumber I could fit in the car, and all kinds of other things I didn't care about at all (and had told him so). Andy has been great at focusing on the things I care about, and is always knowledgeable about everything on the car. Our dealings have always been exceptionally fair and I come away with a price I'm comfortable with a car that I love. More

As well as the reliability of knowing we purchased through a reputational dealer. We emailed on availability on Thursday, Andy responded with a personalized walk around video a hour later. He also answered any questions and was willing to work around our schedule. We showed up Sat, and including test drive and paperwork, we were in and out in about 90 minutes. Taylor was helpful with having our pre financing printed up and ready to go. Made the final process go quickly with a couple of kids hungry for lunch. And who can complain about $12.95 oil changes and car wash in the future for our vehicle. More
