I had a 8 year old and I one year old with me who were able to play in the clean play area. Because I worked late, I didn't get there till 7pm and didn't leave to approximately 10. Not bad for just going to "look" at a car and instead I purchased it. Paperwork is usually a lot more dramatic than that. The maintaince man at the end of the night even told me how well behaved my children were. :) More

This was a no-hassle deal. I purchased online without seeing the truck. Andy was great and didn't play games. I have purchased many vehicles in the past and know that if you buy from a Dealership you w seeing the truck. Andy was great and didn't play games. I have purchased many vehicles in the past and know that if you buy from a Dealership you will get a quality vehicle. You may pay a bit more but in the end it is better than gambling with "Sal" on the corner lot. The truck I got was as advertised and in great shape. The service department did a detailed inspection of the truck and replaced several items that most places would have just ignored. My only gripe was that they didn't deliver it with a full tank of gas? Disney would have spent the $30 to make the experience perfect. More

Chris (?), the individual that handled my financing, was just jumped through hoops to answer all my questions, no matter the time of day I inquired. Chris (?), the individual that handled my financing, was just a delight. And, my Mustang GT convertible, purchased before seeing it in person, was even nicer than I expected. We live in Ellwood City, PA so it was a 1 1/2 hour drive to Falls Motor City. I would have never done this to find a vehicle before but everything in PA is so overpriced it is crazy. We saw our 05 Pontiac M to Falls Motor City. I would have never done this to find a vehicle before but everything in PA is so overpriced it is crazy. We saw our 05 Pontiac Montana on the website and we very impressed with the condition of the van. I made a call and spoke with Andy Howard. I made a conditional offer over the phone and it was accepted after a little haggling. I told him as long as the Montana looked as good in person as it did on the website I would be purchasing it. Andy was very friendly and professional. He assured me that it would be worth the trip. Falls Motor City was willing to hold the vehicle for me without any money down obviously since it was all over the phone. When we arrived there were two salesman in the lot and they directed us to Andy Howard. He met us with a smile and got us out on a test drive right away. My wife loved the Montana. Engine was so quiet you could hardly tell it was running. Andy showed us the Carfax and a detailed list of items that the service department had done to get the van ready for sale. I was very impressed that they cared that much about their used inventory. New brakes, oil change and many, many other items. Everyone there was friendly and helpful.The price was very close to KBB but the condition of the van was excellent so we were happy. It has been over a month and only one small problem, the battery died. Nothing that could have been prevented. Other than that we have been very pleased. Thank you to Andy and everyone at Falls Motor City that made our trip well worth it. If you make the trip and Andy is your salesman ask him about his family's Disney Trip. I would have never even considered making this trip but the reviews on Falls Motor City were the reason I did. The reviews were all great and they deserved another one. More

Andy was great! I called him the night before to let him know I was coming in the morning and when I got there he had the car up front ready for me! He was willing to come down on price so I could fix a few know I was coming in the morning and when I got there he had the car up front ready for me! Andy ended up staying an hour past closing time to wait for the credit union I was getting my loan from to fax the information over because it would have been a hassle to make the hour drive back the next day to get the car! He was very friendly and made my first car buying experience great!! Highly recommended! More

We live in Pittsburgh, PA. We stumbled upon this dealership while doing a search on Autotrader.com. We found a Chevy Traverse that we were interested in. After inquiring about it online, Andy Howard contacted us by phone within hours. We explained that we had a trade it and we discussed how much our trade was worth over the phone. We pretty much made the deal over the phone. Andy couldn't have been nicer! He was very honest and fair. We decided to take the 2 hour drive to see the car. When we arrived, Andy was as professional and kind as he was over the phone. The Traverse was in excellent condition. The finance department got us a great interest rate! This, by far, has been the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had! When I got home and showed my husband the car, he noticed one of the tires were dry rotted and wouldn't pass our PA inspection. I contacted Andy and within 15 minutes he told us the dealer would give us 4 brand new tires! Very easy and super fair! This dealership has great prices and great customer service. We definitely will purchase our next vehicle here! It was worth the drive. We also will share this experience with our friends in Pittsburgh! Thanks Andy! More
