Very satisfied! I had searched online on Autotrader to find my next car. A friend of mine told me about Jeep Patriots and how great they were and that with the auto I had searched online on Autotrader to find my next car. I seen one at Falls Motor City that interested me so I emailed Andy asking a few questions. Andy was very good about responding quickly and answering my questions. I went to test drive one and he picked out one that I'd like that had my requirements. He worked with me to get close to the payment range I wanted and made the whole experience very painless.
