Had warranty extension for my paint on my hyundai sonata. Called Tony hyundai service, Tiana (advisor) helped me. Was able to get my car in the shop in about a week. Quoted 1 week to fix. But that’s fine, Tiana updated me every couple days. So that’s why it was fine. Good communication. Easy drop off and pick up. Thank you Tiana! Will do business again! More

Appreciated the fast repair that was done, however, although there were 2 initial problems and so two diagnostic charges, both was from 1 source. Shouldn’t they have considered removing 1 diagnostic ch although there were 2 initial problems and so two diagnostic charges, both was from 1 source. Very disappointed with the service at Tony Hyundai. I brought my car in and the staff took full responsibility for the repair, yet the car is still not fixed, and now they are demanding money from me. This is completely unacceptable, especially given our initial agreement. The whole process has dragged on for weeks with no clear updates. Communication is poor, they constantly make excuses, and there’s no transparency at all. I feel like I’m being strung along without any resolution in sight. I do not recommend Tony Hyundai to anyone. Be careful — they make promises easily but don’t take responsibility for their words or actions. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. More
