These places have the general public held hostage as we have no place to go but to them. It’s really to bad there isn’t a better way of doing business. The MSRP is a joke and everyone knows it. Then they make you feel like your getting some deal but you’re really not. Of course a sales man that just got a fat commission off the back of someone making a fraction of them is going to be happy but hey I guess if I wanted to rake the general public over the coals I could be one too. You don’t get a deal unless you know a “guy” and they cut you in. Gotta play the game and they’re all the same just have to pick your poison on which brand. Rick seemed like a nice enough guy but he certainly didn’t do me any favors. The tires wheren’t even aired up to the manufacturer recommended specification. Made it seem like it was going to go through some grand process to make it perfect for pickup. All four tires low on air. Big scuff on the driver door above the handle tried to rub it off to no avail went and grabbed a wash boy he rubbing it off to no avail guess I’m stuck with living with that now too. The running boards almost feel like they’re going to break the make so much noise when I step of them. My Yukon with 190k miles don’t even make that much noise. The halogen headlights leave a lot to be desired but a poor man can’t complain about not spending more money to jump up trim levels. It’s funny because the window sticker in the truck I bought said it was sold to Morris’s Minnetonka and overall from what I can tell their prices are far superior but since I’m lazy I picked to stealership closer to home. Aftermarket parts was okay but there goes another 2k. Finance was very arrogant but hey I guess you kind of have to be. Very very pushy. Wouldn’t let me pay cash for the accessories I bought and my assumption to pump up his numbers so he can make more money. All said and done the sales process is what it is. More
