Perfect experience! I went into the dealership to "look" into buying a car. Even when it seemed we were not going to meet in the middle, he worked hard to get me in the right car. I love my fun, fuel efficient Jetta with all the luxury! Joe was excell I was in the market for a specific car - 2015 VW GTI - and these folks got me the car I wanted at a fair price within a few days time. Joe was excellent with the financing. He offered products, but wasn't pushy or demeaning. Andy and rest of staff were very pleasant and friendly. I have a VW dealer 15 minutes from my house, but I chose to drive over an hour to Highland to work with these folks instead. They came highly recommended, and I can see why. I appreciate that they didn't try to sell me something else that they had in stock, as I've experienced at my local VW dealership. If you want a VW, this is the place to go! More

I had been looking around via the Internet and the Highland dealership seemed to have the best reviews and prices. I ended up buying a 2012 Volkswagen CC and I must say that they were very fast at getting everything done. They are not high pressure sales people at all (which I appreciated). They treat you well and are very fair on their pricing. I would work with Andy Mcquiston or Jeff Wozniak anytime and would recommend them to anyone More
