Even when it seemed we were not going to meet in the middle, he worked hard to get me in the right car. I love my fun, fuel efficient Jetta with all the luxury! He offered products, but wasn't pushy or demeaning. Andy and rest of staff were very pleasant and friendly. I have a VW dealer 15 minutes from my house, but I chose to drive over an hour to Highland to work with these folks instead. They came highly recommended, and I can see why. I appreciate that they didn't try to sell me something else that they had in stock, as I've experienced at my local VW dealership. If you want a VW, this is the place to go! More

I ended up buying a 2012 Volkswagen CC and I must say that they were very fast at getting everything done. They are not high pressure sales people at all (which I appreciated). We weren't in the market for a new vehicle at the time, but our current commuter car broke down and wasn't worth fixing. We spoke with Andy at Highland VW and he assured us that he would do everything he could to help us out and make this a smooth process, also reassuring us that we didn't need to worry. Andy was very knowledgeable about the different models and worked with me to find the perfect car to suit my needs and took care of trading our broken down car. The finance manager Joe Embro made that process the smoothest I have ever had at any dealer. I have purchased 8 cars from different dealers over the past 11 years and I have never walked out with exactly what I wanted at the exact price I wanted to pay. Usually there is always the element of surprise with the payment, and for the first time that was not the case. These people are EXCELLENT and really care about customer service. I couldn't be happier with my new Jetta SE and Highland VW, and salesperson Andy McQuiston and Finance MGR Joe Embro. I will be a loyal Highland VW customer for life now and we are already planning our next VW purchase! More
