Exceptional Customer Service! I specifically went to Highland Volkswagen because of the highly rated customer reviews and they did not disappoint! I drove from about 2 hours away and arrived in the early evening. While trying to decide on a vehicle at this time of day, I finally made a decision at 7:30pm (mind you they close at 8:00pm), Not once did I ever feel rushed or pressured to hurry up and make a decision. The transaction went smoothly with no hidden surprises. I received several follow up phone calls and E-mails not only from the Sales Manager (Bogdan) but from my Salesperson (Andy), Finance Department, and even the Service Department to congratulate me on my purchase and thank me for my business and to answer any questions I may have had about my new vehicle. I couldn't be more pleased with my new Passat or the exceptional Customer Service I received. In addition, when I traded in my car I forgot and left one of my favorite CD's in the CD player. My car had already sold but that didn't stop my awesome Salesperson Andy, not only did he track down my CD but he mailed it to me which I just got today! Excellent Customer Service, highly recommend and worth every minute of the drive. Thank you to everyone at Highland Volkswagon! More

Great people to deal with, no hassles! I've leased two Jettas in the last two years from Andy McQuiston at Highland VW. Both times, I've shopped around to other dealerships (including the I've leased two Jettas in the last two years from Andy McQuiston at Highland VW. Both times, I've shopped around to other dealerships (including the VW in Merrillville) and Andy has given me the best prices with the least amount of haggling. The Merrillville VW is even managed by a friend of a friend and he couldn't get close to the deal Andy gave me. Overall, this dealership is as hassle-free as you can get. More

Joe was excell I was in the market for a specific car - 2015 VW GTI - and these folks got me the car I wanted at a fair price within a few days time. Joe was excellent with the financing. He offered products, but wasn't pushy or demeaning. Andy and rest of staff were very pleasant and friendly. I have a VW dealer 15 minutes from my house, but I chose to drive over an hour to Highland to work with these folks instead. They came highly recommended, and I can see why. I appreciate that they didn't try to sell me something else that they had in stock, as I've experienced at my local VW dealership. If you want a VW, this is the place to go! More
